Armour reaffirms its commitment to
customer service

Armour Home is pleased to announce that both Glen Harvey (Technical Support Executive, Bishops Stortford Office) and Christian Southworth (Technical Support Executive, Wigan Office) have passed the Lutron Homeworks Installation and Programming Qualification course.

This brings Armour's total number of Lutron qualified personnel to five: Glen and Christian will join the existing staff of Steve Adams (CI Brand Manager), George Crocker (Technical Supervisor) and Paul Hilditch (Business Development) in offering a service which takes the customer from initial help with system design and quotation right the way through to the final installation, commissioning and programming.

Christian is currently based at Armour's Manchester offices in the Alphason building and will therefore give greater coverage to our customers in the North. Glen works out of the Bishops Stortford site and will be supporting George in covering the South. This further cements Armour's commitment to staff improvement and customer support.

Armour has now been distributing Lutron Lighting solutions for around 10 years and offers both project based and one-off commissioning/programming services.
